The wheels of rail transfer carts are typically made of insulating rubber. This not only ensures smooth operation but also prevents the wheels from becoming electrified. In harsh environments, such as areas with high humidity or dust, it is important to regularly clean and inspect the insulating parts. The insulation performance should also be checked using a professional insulation resistance tester. If the insulation resistance drops, damaged parts should be replaced immediately to ensure the transfer cart remains in a safe, insulated state and operates smoothly and efficiently.
